Thanks to all who attended last week's Development Day in Tredomen!
Sarah gave us a fascinating preview of WHE's new card game. We all enjoyed it; the materials are of fantastic quality, and WHE intend to bring it out as a book and card set some time in the future! We also heard about Sarah and Steve's book, published by CIPD, which you can see at Amazon
Colin gave us some fascinating insights into how NLP can add to the feedback we were giving each other; Julie has promised to give us as presentation on "Tarting" some time in the future.
We also had a facilitated discussion on fees and charging in the afternoon; as soon as the tape comes back, I'll post up the key conclusions.

Nice work Dave, I think this will be a much better way of creating a network that works during the month when we're all doing our stuff.
I found the day to be very useful both in terms of networking and approaches to training, and thought the recipe cards were AMAZING!
